Once upon a time, Dr. Monissa Solberg served as the UCLA chief resident of education. Through her academic training at UCLA, Dr. Solberg managed to gain extensive clinical knowledge in wide variety of settings, including extensive work with underserved populations at Los Angeles County hospitals, as well as working with veterans at the Greater Los Angeles VA Medical Center. Dr. Solberg also completed a Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship through UCLA, where she worked within the adult and juvenile justice system with incarcerated individuals who suffered from mental illness. In that position, she provided extensive providing psychiatric evaluations and expert witness testimony.
Dr. Monissa Solberg’s educational journey also included other community-based set-tings such as UCLA Medical Center and Cedar Sinai Medical Center.Dr. Solberg is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who currently provides medication management for ado-lescents and adults with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention deficit disorder, schizophrenia and obsessive compulsive disorder as well as other neuropsychiatric conditions.
